There are substances you can take during the PCT period such as SERMs (Selective estrogen receptor modulators) which are known to reverse the effects of low testosterone by blocking estrogen receptors.

Ben Shaw – Adelaide : Ligandrol or lgd has worked very well for me and with a good diet and exercise regime, it works even better! It gives really good gains. One problem to watch out for, though, is post cycle therapy or as I like to call it, lgd 4033 pct.
For that reason, it is crucial that you recover properly after taking this drug. If you don’t recover properly, you will not get the gains you want. Obviously, it depends on each individual.
There are other supplements that are advised to help with this. But if you are buying from a reliable source, the medical team should help advise what is best.

Barry Arellano : I’ve used this SARM multiple times with great results. Even at low dosages of only 5mg a day, it was very effective. My cycles would usually last around 6 to 8 weeks and I would always end up gaining anywhere from 6 to 8 lbs of lean muscle mass. I would also like to add that my strength shot up after just a few weeks. The weight kept increasing every single workout. I was able to keep most of my gains.

Mike Hanks : I’ve always been into bodybuilding so I have been going to gym since a very young age. But I would often feel exhausted after exercising for smaller periods of time itself. That is when I came across SARMs on the internet. I used a ligandrol and ostarine stack and man, I gotta say I am full of energy now. I am a totally different person before and after the SARMs LGD-4033. I exercise for hours effortlessly. And my body looks so much more muscular now. Just how I wanted it to be. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to bodybuild
