CJC-1295 Review

CJC1295 Review

CJC 1295 is a promising anti-aging peptide that can help those aged above 30 have more energy, improved metabolism, and generally stay in better shape.

It isn’t a hormone but is a relatively safe synthetic drug with minimal side effects and risks. However, it needs a prescription and is administered subcutaneously via an injection.

What is CJC1295?

Ipamorelin Growth Hormone

CJC1295 is a synthetic peptide hormone that triggers the synthesis of growth hormone (GH). Its anabolic processes specifically target muscle and bone tissue production. And unlike traditional hormone treatments, it comes with minimal side effects.

It’s a peptide, a small amino acid chain similar to proteins, which works differently. Its amino acid blend provides 30 of the body’s essential and non-essential amino acids.

The peptide here is a growth hormone secretagogue and not a hormone. It helps by triggering your body’s secretion of human growth hormone through the pituitary gland.

The human growth hormone is, in turn, required for not just for growth, but various body systems. The problem is that its synthesis starts reducing about 14% every ten years after age 30.

This leads to reduced energy and muscle mass, difficulty in weight loss and maintenance and building new muscle, and reduced body immunity.

In short, it is all part of the body’s aging process.

It’s dangerous to reverse these using human growth hormone trends. It’s however comparatively safer to use an anti-aging peptide-like CJC-1295 because it triggers your body’s natural growth hormone production.

The peptide is administered subcutaneously through an injection below the skin. The body slowly absorbs CJC1295 to give a regular effect on the pituitary gland.

CJC-1295 is typically mixed with an equal amount of Ipamorelin, another anti-aging peptide. Its half-life and period of action is however shorter.

Ipamorelin is the pituitary gland’s short-term trigger to release GH. CJC-1295 is a long-term trigger lasting as much as 6 to 10 days after the injection.

What does CJC1295 do?

cjc-1295

CJC-1295 works by triggering a specific physiological process by binding to the body’s receptors that release growth hormones. It creates pulse-like releases that boost muscle and bone tissue production.

In turn, it helps maintain a balanced level because extra growth hormones otherwise end up filtered out of the body.

While CJC1295 isn’t as limited as SARMs, it offers more robust and pronounced positive effects.

It was initially meant for treating growth hormone deficiency-related diseases but ended up abandoned. However, many studies performed have indicated the following positive effects:

Increased muscle growth

CJC-1295 binds with pituitary gland receptors to release GH, which in turn triggers muscle production.

Helps with fat burn

The peptide’s energy requirements for increasing muscle and bone tissue production are sourced from fat stored in muscles and under the skin.

Increased bone density levels

CJC1295 works to increase the body’s bone density levels, just like it increases the body’s muscles.

Improved stamina and strength

The increased energy released from fat leads to a significant boost in the body’s energy levels. it consequently leads to improved strength and stamina.

Quickens muscle repair

The improved growth hormone levels help repair damaged or wasted muscles.

Many users also use the peptide to boost the body’s protein synthesis and help with cognition, memory retention, and insomnia. CJC1295 also helps improve immune system health, which is why some users claim they remain healthy and don’t get sick often.

Positive Effects

  • Helps fight signs of aging
  • Reduces the appearance of wrinkles, crow’s feet, and dark/age spots
  • Helps burn more calories to help with weight loss
  • Increases body metabolism
  • Helps users reach the state of lipolysis

Side effects

Like any medication, CJC-1295 has a few side effects that are associated with higher doses.

  • Light-headedness associated with higher doses
  • Slight nausea feeling with higher doses

According to HauteLiving, CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin helps with weight-loss. They together provide a growth hormone-releasing hormone or amplifier to promote the increase of GH and for effectively treating low IGF-1 levels.

They vouch that this combination is an excellent option for a steady and improved GH relapse to increase the body’s GH levels. In turn, it helps reduce body fat, improves muscle recovery and lean muscle, and improves the body’s overall vitality.

According to The Daily Telegraph, leading Australian sports physician, Doctor Peter Larkins told news.com.au that CJC-1295 is very dangerous to the human body.

He claims it has the potential to induce high blood pressure, puts extreme stress on the liver and kidney, can lead to loss of fertility, and even promote the growth of cancer-causing cells.

He says that it’s because the prolonged use of anything promoting cell growth is dangerous. And as CJC1295 is used as a muscle-building agent, it is banned because it’s performance-enhancing.

He said that the drug isn’t illegal and is available on the internet. However, it’s not licensed by pharmaceutical companies or used by doctors because of its inadequate testing.

Despite all of this, CJC1295 is popularly used by healthy people to gain muscular body shape and help with muscle recovery after training hard.

CJC1295 Research Studies

2008
Safety of using single doses of CJC-1131

In a study, CJC-1131 was injected subcutaneously to groups of healthy subjects and Type 2 diabetic patients. There were placebo-treated patients in the groups, and seven blood glucose measurements were taken every day. Meal tolerance tests were also performed the day before injections and on day 3.

The subcutaneous space quickly absorbed CJC-1131. Its half-life varied from 8.9-14.7 days in healthy participants and from 9.1 to 13.8 days in patients.

The maximum safe dose for healthy subjects seemed to be 12micro/kg. After which they experienced nausea and vomiting. The patient’s blood glucose levels reduced proportionately with the dosage too.

It was concluded that high doses related to some weight loss in patients and their tolerability were limited only by gastrointestinal complaints.

Results

  • CJC1295 is safe if taken in a regulated dose and not in higher dosages
  • High doses can induce weight loss

Netnography on the female use of CJC-1295

A study was conducted using netnography to learn about female CJC-1295 use as part of an internet forum activity. Internet searches lead to ninety-six bodybuilding website hits mentioning CJC-1295.

Nine sites remained after using exclusion criteria to locate sites mentioning female use. Twenty-three discussions related to female use CJC1295 were found and formed the end data set.

It was analyzed using the Empirical Phenomenological Psychological method.

Results showed that CJC1295 was used mainly for weight loss, muscle enhancement, youthful skin, and better sleep and injury healing. There were concerns about female consequences based on gender variations in GH pulses affecting dosage, cycling, and long-term effects.

Results

  • There are concerns about the safety of female use of CJC-1295
  • CJC1295 can help induce better sleep, improve weight loss, muscle enhancement, and injury healing.

CJC 1295 Anecdotal Claims

DBC had used peptides for four weeks, starting with a very low dose and slowly increasing the dose every few days. He suggests that using too much too soon can lead to bloating in the body.

He noticed that his immunity had improved but that he also got tired from saturated doses of CJC1295. He noticed improved vascularity and enhanced recovery from workouts.

His sleep has also improved, and that he woke up feeling fresh and full of energy. Peptides also seemed to improve his libido and appetite, and that there was facial flushing. There was also loss of fat around his midsection, butt, chest, and deltoids.

Bolton73 had used CJC with Ipamorelin. While it didn’t help much in putting on mass, it did wonders to his skin and hair. He took it for about 4-5 months straight in the morning and night, and then started running MK677 with CJC for a while.

He claims that there was no scientific reason to do so, but he just got tired of pinning so much.

CJC 1295 Dosage and Usage

dosage

While most users benefit by injecting 1 to 2 mg of CJC1295 a week, the proper dose varies from one person to another.

While using closer to the 2mg dose gives the best results, new users shouldn’t start with the highest dose levels. They should begin with 1mg or 0.5 mg and then slowly increase from there.

Mix CJC1295 with about 0.5ml sterile water with 1 to 2 mg to give your 2mg dosage. The injection should be subcutaneous or injected into the body’s fatty area. The best spots for injection are the upper thigh, back, or abdomen region.

About how long you should take CJC1295, it depends on your needs. You may have to take it for up to 12 weeks if you are into bodybuilding or exercise frequently. Newer users should consider a shorter dosage of two to four weeks and then increasing it.

The injection can be taken at any time of the day.

Just make sure it’s on an empty stomach for best results. It should also be taken about 20 minutes before a meal or drinking beverages.

While once a week is the preferred CJC1295 dose, some prescribers suggest taking it once daily. Others even recommend following a ‘5 days a week’ plan. It can be either by skipping days every 2 or 3 days or taking on weekdays and off on weekends.

While there’s competing evidence about these cycles’ efficacy, it all depends on you and your body. You have to decide on the final perfect dosage based on how well your body adjusts to your goals and other medications.

Also, consult with your doctor to reach the best and safe dosage for you if you take other medications or prescriptions.

In conclusion, CJC1295 seems to induce significant anti-aging effects. with the right dosage, you can experience weight loss, increased metabolism, increased energy levels, and improved skin.

However like any other medication, overdosing can lead to side effects and complications. In this case, an overdose of CJC1295 leads to gastrointestinal problems like nausea and light-headedness.
