Shilajit, also known as mumijo, is a powder which is blackish-brown in colour but also presents as an exudate (a fluid emitted by an organism through pores or a wound).
What is Shilajit?
Shilajit forms naturally through the gradual decomposition of plants and is found on the high mountain rocks of the Himalayas, Russia and northern Chile. It is commonly used in the Ayurvedic tradition of medicine which originated in India. Shilajit is high in fulvic acid which is known to have anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antioxidant and neuro-protective properties.
What does Shilajit do?

Shilajit Dosage and Usage
